Your first step is to fill out and submit your application to admission-lsm@htw-berlin.de.

Your application is to include a completed application form as well as documents from your academic qualifications and work experience.

1. Application Form

Download the Official Application Form (Firefox). Please use Adobe Acrobat Readerto open the PDF form. If PDFs open in your browser on default, download the file and open it using Adobe software. Check the Adobe Reader version and update if necessary.

We are in the process of integrating an automated application form. If you can not download the existing form, please contact admission-lsm@htw-berlin.de.

2. Documents Academic Qualification and Work Experience

Please attach the following documents to your application form:

• A copy of your degree certificate together with a grade transcript and if necessary an English or German translation
• Proof of your work experience
• Proof of English proficiency
• A copy of your passport or identity card

Applicants from India: In order to accelerate student admission and visa processing, the German Embassy introduced the Academic Evaluation Centre (APS). APS certificates are now a mandatory part of the documents to be submitted with your visa application. Applicants need an APS certificate before filing a visa application. For more detailed information, please consult www.aps-india.de.

Applicants from China, Vietnam or Mongolia: also include certificate from the academic test centre (APS). Further information can be found on the website of the Germany embassy in your country.
