Kristian has more than 15 years experience in the life science industry in both R&D Pharma, Consultancy and Health Care Providers and is a specialist in Strategy, M&A and Business Development in the international Healthcare sector. His current positions are Strategy & New Business Director, Diagnostic Services at Medicover Group as well as Managing Director of the Saale-Krankenhaus Calbe, part of the Medicover Group. He holds a doctor degree in economics from Mannheim University. 

As a lecturer of the LSM Module "New Technologies and Products" Kristian engages through case studies and lively lectures for students to gain advanced management knowledge of processes and aspects of new technologies and products and of innovation processes and issues relating to technology and product patents in the Life Sciences field.
