Anja Dröge studied Biotechnology at the Technical University in Berlin and performed her PhD studies at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics. After a post doctoral training at the Max Delbrück Center where she conducted research on the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases she became co-founder and co-director of SINA Science Services, a company specialized in advanced molecular biology technologies.

In 2013 Anja joined HS Diagnomics as co-partner and R&D manager to work on T-cell receptor profiling by ultra-deep sequencing. Anja is a senior scientist with extensive expertise in the field of molecular and cellbiology. To the LSM study programme she contributes as lecturer for the module „Life Science Engineering I“.
