Sebastian is teaching Intellectual Property Management, IP and Contract law. He is partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT a law firm focusing on Intellectual Property. He advises clients in all aspects of trade mark, copyright, and unfair competition law. He works with German and international clients to develop IP strategies both in Germany and abroad. As a special focus of his expertise he is advising clients ranging from startup companies to multi-national corporations on technology transfer, R&D and licensing. He has extensive experience in advising both corporate clients and public research entities in contractual matters in various technical fields, including the ITC, biotech and pharmaceutical sector.
