Cornelia Pasch

Currently Lead Counsel Germany at Takeda in Berlin, Cornelia Pasch lectures the LSM elective module "Business Ethics and Corporate Governance".

Cornelia started her professional career as a lawyer in a German-French Law Firm and in 1991 she began working in the pharmaceutical industry. Since then she has worked in different positions and roles in numerous pharmaceutical companies in Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin area. The companies included Klinge Pharma, Puren, Fujisawa, Biotest, BMS, Astellas, Ganymed, Shire and ITM. 

Her main professional focus is pharmaceutical, anti-trust, competition, medical and copyright/IP law and all aspects of corporate compliance management systems.

Cornelia is a passionate trainer and teacher for legal and compliance matters and certified Compliance Officer (University of Augsburg), holding a Degree in Law from the LMU in Munich. 

Beside her legal career Cornelia has also taken on non-legal assignments. She was director of a youth housing project (with 42 residents) in Santa Cruz, Bolivia for nearly two years. Further, she worked as Project Director in the African Great Lakes region (Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo) in Kigali, Rwanda for a German NGO.

Cornelia is married to the English artist Dean Pasch and enjoys a big patchwork family with four stepchildren.
