David is a well-connected biotech professional based in Berlin. He studied Biology in Bremen, Germany, and Brisbane, Australia. With a focus on molecular biology, he completed his PhD at the Max-Planck-Institute for Marine Microbiology. 

In 2018 David transitioned into the Biotech sector by joining ProBioGen AG, a Berlin-based contract and development manufacturing organisation (CDMO) and technology developer for biopharmaceuticals. First in Business Development and now as Project Leader, he developed a diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of a medium-sized biotech company: From the commercialization of services and technologies to leading multidisciplinary teams with experts from upstream and downstream process development, manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance.
